Introduction of Emergency First Aid & CPR Training
The Emergency First Aid & CPR course is a basic, one-day training that provides participants with a solid foundation in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. Ideal for both the workplace and home, this course covers essential topics and follows the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. It meets regulations for First Aid for small and low risk workplaces. In this course, F.A.S.T. Rescue includes additional training for injury prevention, automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and Naloxone administration for opioid overdoses.
This course is perfect for anyone who wants to be prepared to handle emergencies, whether at work or at home. With expert instruction and hands-on practice, participants will leave with the skills and confidence needed to make a real difference.
Course Duration
- In-Class Training – 6.5 to 8 hours with flexible scheduling options
- Blended Training – 4 hours online theory and 3-4 hours in-class practical training

- Certified F.A.S.T. Rescue First Aid Instructor or Instructor Trainer

- Minimum 75% passing grade on written exam
