The worker awareness training program is designed to provide all workers in Ontario, with the basics of health and safety, as applied to the workplace.
On working through this training program, learners will better understand their obligations and role to health and safety within the workplace. This program covers the topics required for the Ontario Health & Safety Worker Awareness Training.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be knowledgeable and/or demonstrate proficiency in understanding:
- The Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
- Common workplace hazards
- The duties of the employer, supervisor, and worker

CERTIFICATE GRANTED
Upon the successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for you to download and print.
ASSESSMENT
Testing conducted throughout this course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% on the final test must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course if the pass mark is not achieved.
