This course is in English and will introduce and define terms associated with workplace violence and harassment. It will also lay the foundations upon which an effective workplace violence, harassment and bullying prevention program can be established.
Everyone in an organization is required to abide by policies relating to workplace violence and harassment. This would include workers, frontline supervisors, managers and employers. By the end of this module, workers will understand their roles and responsibilities, what to do in violent incidents, and be provided with skills for conflict resolution.

ASSESSMENT
Testing conducted throughout this course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% on the final test must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course if the pass mark is not achieved.
