First Aid & CPR Training

We offer two types of First Aid courses depending on the size of the workplace and upon your requirements; Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED and Standard First Aid & CPR/AED.  Your company will learn practical skills taught by a range of experienced professionals with medical or emergency response backgrounds. Our in-depth courses, which are WCB, WSIB and federally compliant, exceed the industry standards.

Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Training

This course is designed for small workplaces or workplaces close to medical facilities.  It is a one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. We meet OHS regulations for Basic First Aid and exceed our competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR for all ages and AED training.  The successful completion of this course will give the participant certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED for a 3 year period.

Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Training

This comprehensive two-day course designed for larger workplaces, offers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Our course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. We exceed our competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR for all ages and AED training.  The successful completion of this course will give the participant certification in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED for a 3 year period.  One recertification training session (1 day) may be conducted after taking a full Standard First Aid & CPR/AED training course.
