Supervisor/Worker Awareness

Supervisor/Worker Awareness Training

The goal for Ontario’s Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development is to improve health & safety in Ontario workplaces. As a result, the new Occupational Health & Safety Awareness Training became mandatory in 2014 for all workplaces covered under the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) regardless of the company’s size or sector.  Workers are required to complete this program as soon as practically possible. Supervisors must complete this program within one week of working as a supervisor. This course meets the guideline of the Ontario MLITSD mandatory Health and Safety Awareness Program for Workers and Supervisors.
