As an employee, soon-to-be wife and mother, I would like to express my gratitude to our F.A.S.T. Rescue instructor. Anyone that experiences a unique situation like mine today, will understand the greater importance of First Aid & CPR.
On my way home from the last class, I came to a situation on the road where a pedestrian was hit by a city bus and first aid was needed. I approached the scene and offered first aid without hesitation. I can say confidently, I overcame my apprehension of administering help to a casualty being a complete stranger because all the right training protocols were given to me, to prepare me for emergencies like this. You never know when you will be faced with life threatening situations in, or outside of the work place, and being prepared makes the hands on part run smoother.
In short, your training was enjoyable, informative, memorable and valuable. Your course not only educates, it also instills life-saving confidence so that participants are able to take action in emergency situations – when it really counts. Thank you for making this course such an extraordinary experience. I will most definitely recommend your organization to anyone interested in taking high quality first aid training, and will keep saying with certainty that it was life changing! Literally!

Thanks for everything, Dean is a great instructor, everyone commented that they have never really liked these courses (boring, etc.). But that this one made sense to them, so I wanted to pass that along.
So glad I attended. I was very apprehensive at first but feel more comfortable about the possibility of helping out in a life-threatening situation or emergency…I definitely recommend this to everyone. If I can do it, anybody can! It was a huge learning experience. I honestly feel like a different person now!
The group responded well to the training. Jeff led up to the actual forklift training with some workplace safety training which was very informative. Our guys were receptive and engaged. Best forklift training I have been involved in.
I was very happy with the speed of delivery of the products as requested by email.
The training was FANTASTIC! <Our instructor> is great! What a great sense of humour and personality. Everyone who attended loved her. People never were so excited about attending CPR training as much as with her. Staff asked to have her train us in future. Great job!!! She definitely exceeded everyone’s expectations!
I just wanted to convey to you that today went really well. The instructors were great … and the presentation was excellent. Thanks to Fast Rescue again for another wonderful CPR Recertification. We will once again be booking you for next year.

On November 7, three members of the staff from Hospice Durham attended the First Aid & CPR Training session presented in Whitby … It was a very full day, with a great deal of information presented by a very knowledgeable trainer. We were all made to feel welcome, and met all of the objectives as presented at the commencement of the day. The trainer used humour and involved everyone in the hands on exercises, and we came away feeling that we had benefited greatly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this course to anyone!
I would like to personally thank you, on behalf of the Bombardier Emergency Services, for the recent completion of the Medical First Responder training. During our training course, Officers were put to the test utilizing new information coupled with past experience. You (F.A.S.T) ensured a well-presented course, delivered with a strong knowledge of material, as well as being motivating. Again, on behalf of our department, we thank you and your organization for your time and dedication.
The two First Aid Certification courses conducted recently at the Ministry of Finance were enjoyed tremendously by all who attended. Reports are that the Trainer did an exceptional job.
