Supervisor Awareness Training Overview
Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance with Ontario’s health and safety regulations. F.A.S.T. Rescue’s Supervisor Awareness Training is designed to provide supervisors with the knowledge and tools necessary to meet their legal obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
This program is aligned with the most current Ontario regulations, ensuring supervisors understand their responsibilities in managing workplace hazards, preventing accidents, and fostering a culture of safety.

Course Content
Our Supervisor Awareness Training covers a comprehensive range of topics essential to workplace safety, including:
- Legal Responsibilities: Understand the duties and responsibilities of supervisors under Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act and other applicable regulations.
- Hazard Recognition: Learn how to identify and assess workplace hazards to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Accident Prevention and Investigation: Explore strategies for preventing accidents and how to investigate workplace incidents effectively to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

Certification and Requirements
