To access this program, businesses must pay a fee that is based on the total number of seats purchased. Multi-seat pricing is offered at a discounted rate, which is calculated based on the single user seat price. The volume discount rates applied depend on the number of seats purchased.

As of July 15, 2021, the Ontario government launched the Small Business Health and Safety Training Program, which offers reimbursement options for small businesses that complete the program.

This program provides eligible small businesses with reimbursement of the $25 course registration fee for an appointed health and safety representative. Additionally, businesses can also receive up to $150 towards the representative’s training time for courses completed between July 15, 2021 to March 31, 2024.
