Employees must receive training on the proper use of the equipment in the workplace. The main goal of ladder safety is to prevent injuries from slips and falls while using a ladder.
This program is designed to give the learner crucial knowledge and information about the whys and hows of ladder safety. It will also help you understand and interpret the ladder safety program.
This module focuses on government legislation, the ladder inspection process, and the different types of ladders – four of which will be covered.
Some very important safety tips will also be covered, providing learners with the proper information and practices on how to work safely.

ASSESSMENT
Testing conducted throughout this course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% on the final test must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course if the pass mark is not achieved.
